This session will provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to create menus with healthy meals and snacks that meet children’s nutritional requirements each day.
- Guidelines to consider when creating a menu in the early childhood setting
- Children’s nutritional requirements and key nutritional considerations
- Menu planning – the 7 step process
- Practical activity – devise a one week menu
We will be hosting this workshop in multiple locations, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Cairns. You will be able to register one or multiple participants to this workshop which is available to all centres. They will be held in the following locations:
