Active and Healthy – Cooking Workshops
Nutrition Australia Qld hosts cooking workshops as part of Logan City Council’s Active and Healthy program. Each hands on workshop is run by our qualified dietitians and nutritionists and includes food and nutrition tips to help you make healthy choices. People with all levels of cooking skills are welcome. Our workshops are a chance to develop new skills and gain confidence in a relaxed and social environment.

Saturday 18th June – Cooking for a Healthy Heart
Learn practical tips to create heart healthy meals. This hands-on cooking class shows you how to make healthy food that tastes amazing

COVID-19 UPDATE
Important – if you are showing signs of cold or flu, have travelled in the last 14 days (domestically or internationally) or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, we are unable to let you attend the workshop. If you have booked into the course and reply yes to any of these, please know in advance and we will refund or postpone your booking.

Margo is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with experience in community and paediatric primary health care. Special interests include working with a diverse range of cultures and families.
Rosie Mohr
Dietitian/Nutritionist APD
Rosie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a diverse range of experiences in the field of nutrition, with a strong focus on preventative health.
