Active and Healthy – Cooking Workshops
Nutrition Australia Qld hosts cooking workshops as part of Logan City Council’s Active and Healthy program. Each hands on workshop is run by our qualified dietitians and nutritionists and includes food and nutrition tips to help you make healthy choices. People with all levels of cooking skills are welcome. Our workshops are a chance to develop new skills and gain confidence in a relaxed and social environment.

Thursday 2nd March – Cooking for a Healthy Heart
Learn practical tips to create heart healthy meals. This hands-on cooking class shows you how to make healthy food that tastes amazing.
Time: 10am – 11:30am

We have Workplace Health and Safety procedures in place to minimise COVID risks. Our number one priority is to ensure the safety of all participants. We will be adhering to social distancing requirements during the workshop and have strict sanitising procedures in place.
Important – if you are unwell or develop cold or flu like symptoms please do not attend the workshop.

- $3 per person
- All participants must wear closed in shoes
