Food Safety Supervisor Course for Aged Care Settings – $385
We offer face to face and virtual food safety supervisor courses. Our courses enable students to complete all assessment on the day, and include industry specific content designed with the needs of our students in mind to support those working in community settings. Our courses meet the requirements of Nationally Recognised Training, whilst preparing Food Safety Supervisors to supervise and oversee day to day operations and to prevent and recognise food safety hazards.
Participants who successfully complete this course should be able to implement safe food handling practices and identify potential food safety hazards in their setting, manage strategies to prevent, control and eliminate food safety hazards, and monitor food safety practices.
Please note, in order to attend our virtual course via Zoom, students must have access to the following:
- Internet
- Zoom platform
- Laptop or computer (with camera/video and microphone/audio)
- Access to a kitchen to complete a small food preparation task

Upon completion, students achieve a Statement of Attainment for the following units of competency:
- HLTFSE001: Follow basic food safety practices
- HLTFSE007: Oversee the day to day implementation of food safety in the workplace
- HLTFSE005: Apply and monitor food safety requirements
