Each hands on workshop is run by our qualified dietitians and nutritionists and includes food and nutrition tips to help you make healthy choices. Each hands on workshop is run by our qualified dietitians and nutritionists and includes food and nutrition tips to help your child make healthy choices. All cooking skill levels are welcome. Our workshops are a chance to develop new skills and gain confidence in a relaxed and social environment.
