Each hands on workshop is run by our qualified dietitians and includes nutrition tips to help you make healthy choices. People with all levels of cooking skills are welcome. Our workshops are a chance to develop new skills and gain confidence in a relaxed and social environment.

     

    Wednesday 23rd September – Best Ever Burgers 

    Suitable for ages 12 – 17 years

    Impress your friends. Learn how to make delicious and healthy burgers from scratch in our hands on workshop.

    Time: 1:00 – 2:30pm

    Location: Loganlea Community Hall, 28-32 Timms St, Loganlea QLD 4131

     

    Please note – Due to Queensland Government restrictions regarding gatherings, siblings and parents will not be allowed into the venue unless booked in. Please call or email us if your child needs you to attend or requires more assistance. Cash payments on the day will not be accepted, please pay online.

    Keep your heart healthy without compromising the taste of your meals. Learn practical tips at this hands-on cooking session, where you will be the chef.

    Our cooking workshops are a great way for participants to build their skills and confidence in the kitchen.

    The practical skills developed in a cooking workshop are a lasting gift that helps make it easier for participants to live healthier lives.

    Cooking workshops are also a fun team building activity for groups.  We run workshops for parent groups, student groups and groups of teachers.
